ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated June 12, 2014, in the above-entitled action, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 21, 2013, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the date "July 1, 2014," and substituting therefor the date "July 11, 2014."
