ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by the petitioner pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated February 6, 2013.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted, the petitioner's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until July 14, 2014, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
