ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by the respondent-appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief in response to the brief of the appellant-respondent on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated October 4, 2013. Separate applications by the plaintiff-respondent and the defendant-respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file briefs.

Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the applications are granted, the respondent-appellant's time to serve and file a brief responding to the brief of the appellant-respondent is enlarged, and the brief submitted to the Clerk of this Court is accepted for filing and deemed timely served: and it is further,

ORDERED that the defendant-respondent and the plaintiff-respondent shall serve and file their respective briefs on or before August 15, 2014; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant-respondent shall serve and file its reply brief on or before September 22, 2014, and the respondent-appellant shall serve and file its reply brief on or before October 7, 2014.
