Separate applications by the respondents Town of Clarkstown and Clarkstown Carting Associates, Inc., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file their respective briefs on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Putnam County, dated July 26, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted, the time of the respondents Town of Clarkstown and Clarkstown Carting Associates, Inc., to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until August 11, 2014, and the briefs of the respondents Town of Clarkstown and Clarkstown Carting Associates, Inc., must be served and filed on or before that date.
