DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellants for a stay pending the determination of an appeal from a final judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered September 16, 2013. Separate motion by appellants for an enlargement of time to serve and file papers in reply to respondent's opposition to appellants' motion for a stay.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition to appellants' motion for a stay, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that appellants' motions are consolidated for purposes of disposition; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellants' motion for an enlargement of time to serve and file reply papers is granted and the reply papers are deemed timely served and filed; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellants' motion for a stay is denied.
