ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated June 16, 2104, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated October 28, 2013, is amended by deleting from the caption thereof the name "Elisa Cheryl Felsen-Dinger, D.O.," and substituting therefor the name "Elisa Cheryl Felsen-Singer, D.O."
