Joint application by the respondents Interpool Titling Trust, Interpool, Inc., CSX Intermodal, Inc., and CSX Transportation, Inc. pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file their respective briefs, and to enlarge the time for the appellant to serve and file her reply brief, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered October 2, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the applicants' time to serve and file their respective respondents' briefs is enlarged until July 7, 2014, and the applicants' respective respondents' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to serve and file her reply brief is enlarged until July 25, 2014, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
