DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated May 3, 2013. Separate motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the same court dated March 11, 2013, and to consolidate that appeal with an appeal from a judgment of the same court entered July 16, 2013. Separate motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the judgement entered July 16, 2013.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals from the order dated May 3, 2013, and the judgment entered July 16, 2013, and the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated March 11, 2013, are granted, and the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until August 25, 2014; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied as unnecessary as the appeals may be consolidated as of right (see 22 NYCRR 670.7[c][1]).
