ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 13, 2014, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated November 20, 2012, is amended by deleting from the second decretal paragraph thereof the date "June 12, 2014," and substituting therefor the date "June 16, 2014."
