| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to enjoin the respondent from making certain information public pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated June 3, 2014, and to seal certain material annexed to the appellant's motion. Cross motion by the respondent to seal the papers submitted in opposition to the appellant's motion.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and the papers filed in support of the cross motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to seal certain material annexed to the appellant's motion is granted, and the subject material, which was filed under seal in the Supreme Court, Westchester County, shall be filed under seal and will remain sealed upon filing; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion is granted, and the papers submitted in opposition to the appellant's motion shall be filed under seal and shall remain sealed upon filing.
