John Paul Laglenne, Respondent, v Raymond Bouraad, Appellant.

Motion by appellant for a stay pending the determination of an appeal from a final judgment of the Justice Court of the Town of Greenburgh, Westchester County, entered February 25, 2014. Separate motion by appellant to extend his time to comply with the deposit requirement of an order to show cause dated April 4, 2014.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that appellant's motions are consolidated for purposes of disposition; and it is further,

ORDERED that appellant's motion for a stay is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that appellant's motion for an extension of time is denied as moot.
