DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by respondent to dismiss an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, rendered June 21, 2013, to strike the appellant's brief, or, in the alternative, for an enlargement of time to serve and file a respondent's brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion seeking to dismiss the appeal or, in the alternative, to strike the appellant's brief are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellant shall serve another copy of the appellant's brief upon the office of the Town Attorney of the Town of Orangetown within 14 days of the date of this decision and order on motion; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of respondent's motion seeking an enlargement of time to serve and file a respondent's brief is granted, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed within 21 days after service of the appellant's brief upon the Town Attorney of the Town of Orangetown; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellant, if he be so advised, may serve and file a reply brief within 14 days after the date that the respondent's brief is due to be served pursuant to this decision and order on motion.
