Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on January 29, 2013 (CAF 13-00258), November 26, 2013 (CAF 14-00138), and December 9, 2013 (CAF 14-00050), and respondent-appellant having moved to consolidate the appeals and for an extension of time to perfect,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Paul B. Watkins, Esq., dated May 16, 2014, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks consolidation of the appeals taken from the orders entered November 26, 2013, and December 9, 2013, is granted and consolidation is otherwise denied, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken from the order entered January 29, 2013, is granted and respondent-appellant shall file the original stipulated or settled record and ten briefs on the appeal, together with proof of service, on or before July 23, 2014, and in the event of failure to so perfect the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
