Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Hannah Stith Long, Esq. dated May 29, 2014, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that respondent shall file ten copies of a brief in response to the pro se supplemental brief and a stipulated supplemental record on or before July 7, 2014, with proof of service of one copy on assigned counsel and defendant, and

It is further ORDERED that defendant shall file ten copies of a pro se reply brief, if any, on or before July 22, 2014, with proof of service of one copy on assigned counsel and the People.
