DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 5, 2012, and an order of the same court dated March 13, 2013.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until August 25, 2014, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date, and the motion is otherwise denied.
