Appeal by Alexi Golbert from a decision of the Supreme Court, Kings County (IDV Part), dated May 1, 2014, and an order of the same court also dated May 1, 2014.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal from the decision is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies from a decision (see Schicchi v J.A. Green Constr. Co.,100 AD2d 509); and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeal from the order is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that the order is not appealable as of right (Family Ct Act § 1112) and we decline to grant leave to appeal.
