Motion by Eileen Hartmann, as Trustee for the Ellen A. Hartmann Irrevocable Trust, to be substituted for the appellant Ellen A. Hartmann on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated September 10, 2013, to amend the caption to reflect the substitution, and, in effect, for Eileen Hartmann, as Trustee for the Ellen A. Hartmann Irrevocable Trust, to adopt the record and brief filed by the appellant Ellen A. Hartmann.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted.
