Appeal by Gregory Blazek from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated April 3, 2014. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Andrew G. March, Esq., dated May 6, 2014, it is

(2) the respondent is not interested in responding to the appeal, or that he has been unable to contact the respondent, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
