| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the petitioner-appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated March 26, 2014, to "[t]emporarily suspend[]" so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 8, 2014, as continued a temporary restraining order contained in an order to show cause of this Court dated March 26, 2014, "pending the [parents'] production of the subject children to ACS on May 27, 2014, and each month thereafter and the outcome of the ICPC.," pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that motion is denied as academic in light of the determination of the appeal (see Matter of Mc. (Anonymous), ________ AD3d ________ [2d Dept. June 25, 2014]).
