Motion by the appellant pro se for the assignment of counsel on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered October 29, 2008. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 22, 2011, the appellant was granted leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew on or before August 4, 2014, upon proof that he has discharged his retained counsel.
