On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated June 20, 2014, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered April 20, 2011, is amended by deleting from the caption thereof the name "Christopher Chisolm" and substituting therefor the name "Christopher Chisholm."
