DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se to enlarge the judgment roll on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Orange County, rendered July 3, 2012, to include certain material to aid in the preparation of a pro se supplemental brief, for leave to serve and file an oversized supplemental brief, and for leave to file fewer than nine copies of the supplemental brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the judgment roll to include certain material is denied as unnecessary to the extent that the material is included in the original papers on file with the Clerk of this Court, and is otherwise denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to serve and file an oversized pro se supplemental brief is denied without prejudice to making an application to the Clerk of the Court pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.10.3(e); and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to file fewer than nine copies of the pro se supplemental brief is denied.
