Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered July 1, 2011, for leave to reargue his prior motion for an injunction and to impose a sanction upon the Queens County District Attorney, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 9, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
