Motion by the appellant's retained counsel to abate appeals from an order of the County Court, Rockland County, dated November 22, 2011, and a judgment of the same court rendered March 2, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appeals are dismissed, and the matter is remitted to the County Court, Rockland County, for further proceedings consistent with People v Mintz (20 NY2d 770), if warranted.
