Motion by the appellant pro se to relieve counsel assigned to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered November 4, 2009, and for the assignment of new counsel.

ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to the appellant seeking leave to file a pro se supplemental brief after assigned counsel files a brief.
