| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Applications pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 26, 2013, and December 19, 2013, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion the appeals from the order dated November 26, 2013 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2014-01854), are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as that order is not appealable as of right (see CPLR 5701), and leave to appeal has not been granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branches of the applications which are to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals from the order dated December 19, 2013, is enlarged until August 29, 2014, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellants' respective briefs must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the applications are otherwise denied as academic.
