Application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file the answering briefs and the reply briefs on an appeal and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 1, 2013.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the defendants third-party plaintiffs-respondents-appellants shall serve and file their answering brief, including their points of argument on their cross appeal, on or before July 9, 2014 (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), and the third-party defendant-respondent-appellant shall serve and file its answering brief, including its points of argument on its cross appeal, on or before August 8, 2014; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant-respondent shall serve and file his reply brief on or before September 8, 2014; the defendants third-party plaintiffs-respondents-appellants shall serve and file their reply brief on or before September 23, 2014; and the third-party defendant-respondent-appellant shall serve and file its reply brief on or before October 8, 2014.
