| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by John Cruz on an appeal and a cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated January 28, 2014, and appeals from two orders of the same court dated January 29, 2014, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 9, 2014, as conditioned a stay of the retrial in this action upon the perfection of the appeals on or before June 9, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 9, 2014, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "June 9, 2014," and substituting therefor the date July 14, 2014."
