DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent-respondent Erika C. to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated November 25, 2013, on the ground that it has been rendered academic, and to relieve her of the obligation of filing a brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to dismiss the appeal is held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeal for determination upon the argument or submission thereof; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to relieve her of the obligation of filing a brief is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondents-respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until July 28, 2014, and the respondents-respondents' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further enlargements of time shall be granted.
