| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered October 8, 2013, inter alia, to direct the Westchester County Clerk to add certain reply papers to the original papers. Separate motion by the appellant for the Court to take judicial notice of, inter alia, certain Federal and State statutes, rules, or regulations.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, inter alia, to direct the Westchester County Clerk to add certain reply papers to the original papers is denied without prejudice to seeking relief in the Supreme Court, Westchester County, and the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion for the Court to take judicial notice of, inter alia, certain Federal and State statutes, rules, or regulations is denied as unnecessary to the extent that the parties have cited to or relied on this material in the papers submitted to the Supreme Court, Westchester County, which resulted in the order entered October 8, 2013, and is otherwise denied.
