Motion by the defendants third-party plaintiffs-respondents-appellants to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered October 10, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the defendants third-party plaintiffs-respondents-appellants' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until July 30, 2014, and the defendants third-party plaintiffs-respondents-appellants' brief, including the points of argument on their cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), must be served and filed on or before that date.
