| ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by the appellants in Action No. 1 pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated August 16, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the applicants' time to serve and file an answering brief, including the points of argument on its appeal is enlarged until July 7, 2014, and the applicant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant in Action No. 2 shall serve and file a brief responding to the brief on the appeal by the appellants in Action No. 1 and replying to arguments raised in response to its appeal on or before August 12, 2014, and the appellants in Action No.1 shall serve and file their reply brief on or before August 27, 2014.
