Motion by the petitioner-respondent Administration for Children's Services to dismiss appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, both dated January 17, 2013,on the ground that the appeals have been rendered academic.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
