ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated June 26, 2014, in the above-entitled action, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered January 16, 2014, is amended by deleting from the caption and the footer thereof the name "Paswal" and substituting therefor the name "Paswall."
