Motion by the respondent-appellant on an appeal from a decree of the Surrogate's Court, Queens County, entered April 25, 2014, inter alia, to revoke certain letters of administration issued to Lois M. Rosenblatt, and to allow the respondent-appellant to continue to administer the subject estate.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
