An appeal having been taken herein by the attorney for the child from an order of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered in the office of the Clerk of said Court on December 10, 2012, and an application having been made by Carolyn L. Chase, Esq., for substitution of counsel as attorney for the child,
Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Carolyn L. Chase, Esq., dated June 23, 2014,
It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that Ardeth L Houde, Esq., 35 Rensselaer Drive, Rochester, New York 14618, is hereby assigned as attorney for the child to conduct the appeal, and
It is further ORDERED that, on this Court's own motion, the dismissal of the appeal taken by the attorney for the child is vacated and the attorney for the child shall perfect the appeal on or before August 25, 2014, and in the event of failure to so perfect the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
