The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Geneva Herring, Appellant.

Appeal from a judgment of conviction of the City Court of Newburgh, Orange County, rendered October 2, 2013, and from an order of the same court dated April 17, 2014.

On the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that so much of the appeal as is from the judgment of conviction rendered October 2, 2013 is dismissed as untimely (see CPL 460.10, 460.30); and it is further,

ORDERED that so much of the appeal as is from the order dated April 17, 2014 is dismissed, as that order is not appealable as of right and leave to appeal has not been granted (see CPL 450.10, 450.15).
