Separate motions by IBEX Construction, LLC, and Sutton Place Group, LLC, for leave to reargue an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 28, 2011, and an appeal from an order of the same court dated January 27, 2012, which were determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 18, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied, with one bill of $100 costs.
