On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 3, 2014, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated May 19, 2014, is amended by deleting from the fourth decretal paragraph thereof the words "Richmond County" and substituting therefor the words "Suffolk County."
