ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated May 22, 2014, in the above-entitled matter, as amended June 2, 2014, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered July 22, 2013, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the date "July 14, 2014," and substituting therefor the date "July 18, 2014."
