DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the Children's Law Center to be relieved as counsel for the children Curtis and David on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated May 31, 2013, and for the assignment of new counsel for each of them.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, Children's Law Center, 44 Court Street, 11th Floor, Brooklyn, NY 11201, is relieved as attorney for the children Curtis and David and is directed to turn over copies of all papers in the action to the new attorneys for the children Curtis and David herein assigned; and it is further,

ORDERED that the brief filed by the Children's Law Center is stricken, and on or before August 8, 2014, the Children's Law Center shall serve and file a replacement brief on behalf of the child Cheyenne; and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120, the following named attorney is assigned as attorney for the child Curtis:

ORDERED that the time of the attorney for the child Curtis and the attorney for the child David to serve and file their respective briefs on the appeal is enlarged until August 8, 2014, and the briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
