| ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a supplemental brief on appeals from both judgments of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, both rendered June 11, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the appellant's time to serve and file a supplemental brief is enlarged until August 1, 2014, and the supplemental brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent shall serve and file a response to the supplemental brief, if any, on or before October 1, 2014.
