| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the petitioner-appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated May 8, 2014, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 29, 2014, as, inter alia, remanded the subject child to the petitioner-appellant's care and custody pending hearing and determination of the appeal on condition that the appeal was perfected on or before June 30, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the decision and order on motion dated May 29, 2014, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "June 30, 2014," and substituting therefor the date "July 14, 2014."
