ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 24, 2014, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 7, 2013, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Supreme Court, Queens County, dated April 18, 2013," and substituting therefor the words "Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 7, 2013."
