DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondents to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered February 27, 2014, on the ground that the appellants' appendix is inadequate, or to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to dismiss the appeal is denied on condition that on or before August 11, 2014, the appellants serve and file a supplemental record containing the exhibits which were attached to the underlying motion papers and which are listed in paragraphs 10 through 17 of the affirmation of Sari Havia dated May 27, 2014, filed in support of the subject motion; and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until September 10, 2014, and the respondents' brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
