DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to consolidate appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 1, 2013, and November 21, 2013, respectively, and, in effect, to deem the record and brief filed in connection with the order dated March 1, 2013, to be the record and brief filed in connection with the order dated November 21, 2013.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before August 1, 2014, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the order dated November 21, 2013, and the notice of appeal for that order.
