On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 22, 2013, on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered January 6, 2009, as amended September 4, 2013, and an order of the same court dated April 29, 2014, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the date "October 2, 2013," and substituting therefor the date "September 4, 2013."
