On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 25, 2014, in the above-entitled action is recalled and vacated and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor:
Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered July 1, 2011, for leave to reargue his prior motion for an injunction and to impose a sanction upon the Queens County District Attorney, and for leave to include certain photographic exhibits in the record on appeal, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 9, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
