Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue her prior motion to reinstate an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated January 21, 2011, which motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 15, 2013.

ORDERED that the motion is denied as there are no remaining respondents against whom to reinstate the appeal.
