ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated July 7, 2014, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated June 28, 2012, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "County Court, Orange County," and substituting therefor the words "Supreme Court, Queens County."
